Help choosing CPU + GPU

I have two build options for gaming and game developement .
option 1 : amd r9 380x 4gb ( 260 euro ) + core i3 6100
option 2 : amd r9 380 4gb ( 235 euro ) + core i5 4460
I have about 420 euros available for a GPU and a CPU . is there a better combination ?

You should go with option 1.The i3 will not bottleneck your GPU.But I would not suggest you going with option 1 if you are playing CPU intensive games like CSGO.
