My current PSU is dead after ~6 years of annoying coil whine.
Could you help me choosing the right replacement?

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
GPU: Nvidia 650 TI (Asus)
RAM: 8GB 1066MHz DDR2
MoBo: M4N72-E
Storage: Kingston SSDNow v300 128GB + an old 1TB HDD

I am worried because the CPU is quite energy-hungry and because I heard that PSU wattage lowers after some time
