Question RGB on RAM sticks doesn't work when both sticks are installed ?

So i have a small problem... i have 2 x16GB Kingston Fury Beast RAM.
When i connect them to my regular asus b450m v2 mobo they both work normally but when i put them in my mini itx mbo (chinese from aliexpress jginyue b450i) the RGB isn't working, but when i have only one RAM stick installed, the RGB starts to work... is there any way to fix this?

Is the 2nd slot even working? What happens when you install a module in the 2nd slot only?

RAM is working properly but the RGB is not.

Motherboard is most likely causing this.

I was thinking the same thing because it is chinese, but if RGB works with one stick plugged in there should be possibility to make them both work? I updated bios but still same issue.
