Help deciding monitor

Hello! Im currently looking for a new monitor to play on 1080p. I've narrowed a bit the options and came to this

-BenQ LED RL2455HM (around $250)
-AOC LED G2460PQU (around $300)
-Some 32' or around TV ($200-300)

So what do you think? Also, maybe you could find a better pick in this site:

My budget is $300 max. Where I live, this is where I can get the best prices.

I cannot buy off amazon, only from the site I posted. And Asus VG248QE is out of my budget in that site

I forgot to mention that the AOC is 144 Hz whereas the BenQ is just 60 Hz. Is that some sort of deal breaker? Or doesn't make much of a difference?

If they are close in price than 144hz is always going to be a much better and smoother gaming experience.

There's a $50 difference, is it worth it? Also, it doesnt come with a DP cable, only DVI and VGA. Will I be able to get 144hz? Also what gpu do i need to be able to use 144hz?

it makes a 10x difference people say you will never get a non 144hz monitor again its so good 144 hz or nothing i would say
