Question HELP!!Dont know what is with my new mobo

Pc started to turn on by itself then it shuts down after 3 seconds then again turns on then off in loop no signal on gpu no lights on keyboard bios reset did nothing mobo is basicly new tried everything swithing ram hdd gpu nothing it just keeps restarting

Mobo aliexp machinist x79 turbo v2.82 arrived working normaly tomorow i woke up with pc turned on by itself but working normaly i swear this is true i checked mail and shut it down get back in bed and 15 min after it started turning on and off by itself
Ram 4×4gb kllisre ddr3 ecc 1333mhz
Gpu rx 570 nitro+
Psu seasonic s12 80 bronze 620watts
