Help finding the right 22-23' IPS panel

Hey guys and gals, first time poster here.

Just after a 22-23' monitor for a mixture of YouTube, net browsing, uni work and gaming (mostly DOTA 2 and BF4).
I'm currently using a Dell SP2208WFP and I think it's time for an upgrade.

Few preferences: an IPS panel (LED backlit), lowish response time (< 8ms), a 60-75Hz refresh rate, and 1920x1080 resolution. I can't go higher than 1080p because my GPU won't run games smoothly @ 60fps above that.

The last thing is budget: $300USD is around my max.
