Question Help getting cpu to over clock again

I used to do the autoclock feature on my 7700x and it would OC up to 5.5ghz, but now for some reason I did it again and I am only hitting 5.1ghz at most
h ow can I boost it back to the 5.5?
When just operating normal I use Core temp to look at my frequency and see occassional spiokes up to 5.499ghz. but when running cinibench it tops out at 5.1ghz.
my mobo is MSI b650 tomahawk.

How are you cooling the processor? BIOS version for your motherboard? Have you tried using AMD's Curve Optimizer within Ryzen Master?

5.1GHz would be the multi-core/turbo default, 5.5GHz would be the single-core/turbo default. So however you OC'd it in the past involved locking the cores at single turbo or providing enough cooling and limited power to allow all the cores to hit 5.5GHz. I would assume the former since you don't mention cutting the cooling capacity with a smaller cooler.
