Hey all,
After trying to update my Windows version, getting the stutters, and then reverting Windows versions again, my GPU continually drops to 0% usage on idle (no open applications), will freeze for a quarter of a second, and then resume again.
I've tried all the power options via NVIDIA Control Panel, tried looking at performance using GPU-Z, and looked at performance using perfmon. The CPU performance seems to minimally spike when the stutters occur, so I don't think it is a CPU issue.
I've updated my Drivers to the latest version already too, tried SFC /Scannow, in case of a bad system file, and CHKDSK. My only other guess is to update my BIOS version.
Thank you!
