Help! graphics card not working

I installed my graphics card, double, triple and quad checking it. It was good. I installed the drivers and nothing has happened, i have tried to reset the bios, ran through that nothing happened. Disabled what i think was the onboard graphics, nothing happened. The card IS working i can hear the fans within my case. Please help! it's a Powercolor HD6850.

Well what was it ? Don't leave us hanging.

I went Control Panel>Hardware> Device manager> Display adapter> Update drives> the CD the card came with didn't do anything same with the drivers from AMD. It was just windows.
