I also love this this is P44,125.45 when I convert Dollar to PH Peso, I can say this is Cheaper and Better only the GPU and the Case were changed and they were better

But do they Ship in the Philippines?

*EDITED*

The parts are compatible but , why go for a Z97 motherboard if you have a locked cpu?. You need a K series compatible cpu for that motherboard to use it to the ful potential (i5 4690k or i7 4790k). Otherwise go for a H97 chipset motherboard. Also, your chosen PSU is no good, it's got crappy capacitors and could thus start to produce lots of ripple, causing hard to diagnose crashes and all sorts of issues. Pick something from tier 1 or 2 in this list (this is just a guide to pick a PSU, not a detailed review) https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx
Keep in mind that if it from a good brand (like Corsair) it doesn't mean it is good quality (Corsair makes excellent PSU's , but those are the higher tier , more expensive models). What is your budget? I would pick a better gpu like a gtx 950 (slightly higher price) or an R9 380 4gb (instead of a gtx 960).

yep made some changes

What changes? P.S. You can post a pcpartpicker link by pressing the bb button on their site and just copy paste the build selected, It's much easier. Just sth. to know.

nope i didn't order in pcpartpicker, but in pcexpress online store which is in the philippines, changes were the mobo and the storage drives my budget is P45000 (Peso) in dollar thats $965.80, just search PCExpress in the web

I inderstand, but you don't have to order from pcpartpicker to post a link (you don't even need an account there). You can use it just as a guidance to pick the best price for your components. I would try and save for a better gpu if you can. Trust me, i is worth it (something like an R9 390 4gb if you can find it at a good price). The 750 ti is fine but will not give you the performance I'd expect from a new build, it is mostly intended for upgrading older computers because it does't need extra power connectors.
