Things that I do not want to change -
MB - because I want to have a mb with WiFi
SSD - because I think 250gb is enough for me, and right now, I have a 1.5 TB external drive. Also, I want SSD because I heard it is much faster.
PSU - I search a long time, and I think Corsair RM 750 best suit for me
Keyboard and Mouse - It's cheap, and it's wireless (which is GREAT)
Speaker - It's also cheaper, and I heard it is loud!

For CPU, CPU cooler, GPU, RAM, monitor, and other parts, I want to make them cheaper.

I am going to use the PC for a little bit gaming, and working. I do not want to have crappy parts, because I want it to last about 3 to 5 years.
My budge is around 1500 to 1900.
The cheaper, the better, ofc.
I want to save money for other uses.

Do you think I should make my parts cheaper, or no?

Thanks for everyone!

Please Help!

P.S. do you guys think I can survive without DVD drive? IDK

Solution
You really could get a cheaper graphics card because you don't play any graphically intense games. You would be getting overkill with a gtx 730- 750ti. And I will point out that for videos a graphics card like the gtx 780 would not have any better 2d performance than a cheaper gtx 740. And low quality 3D games would run with over 60 fps on both cards. I think you should get a good CPU though because if you do any multitasking or run any intense programs it will be nice to have a CPU that won't get overloaded and cause you system to stop responding. Stick to a quad core (4 physical cores) and I prefer Intel even though they are more expensive.
If you feel like your monitor's resolution is enough for you, then keep it. No need to buy a new monitor when you don't feel the need for it. As for overclocking, for the GPU it's easy, you just download a program like MSI Afterburner and raise the clocks little by little, stress testing the GPU every time, and doing that until it gets unstable. There are guides for that, you have to read about it. As for overclocking the CPU, this is a nice article: http://lifehacker.com/a-beginners-introduction-to-overclocking-your-intel-pr-5580998

For the GPU you download an ocing software. I like to use the software from whatever brand my GPU is , but I don't think it matters they are all pretty much the same and the CPU is over clocked in the MOBO bios

I just bump it up 10mhz then do some stress testing using furmark. I try to not push anything to its limits. Don't increase you GPU/CPU's voltage unless it is so slow you want a new one because that will decrease its lifespan.

I do not know the fps for the monitor, is it more then 60 fps? If you have that monitor and you build this pc, are you going to buy a new monitor?
I had already read the website, but I am still confused. For OC gpu, how much should I overclocked my gtx 760? I do not want to destroy my gpu by accident. Should I even bother to OC my gpu? Thanks
For OC my cpu, from what I understand, you change some setting in the bios. However, I have no idea what settings and I am not familiar with Asus z97 pro (WiFi) MB bios. Can you give me instruction and can my MB even OC? Do I need to change MB? I am STUCK!!! PLEASE HELP ME!

Can you show me in pictures so I can understand better?

For gpu, what things do I need to change? Can you show me in pictures? and which software is best at OC Asus gtx 760?

Also for psu, is 750w too much?
GTX 760 only need 500w, so can I just buy 550w psu?

Also, EVGA SuperNOVA vs Corsair RM (both full modular)
Is this psu good?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438022&cm_re=EVGA_SuperNOVA-_-17-438-022-_-Product
It is VERY cheap, but it's REFURBISHED...
Will you buy it?

or

or

Corsair RM 650?

Ithink this link will work I just started using this website for pictures this just shows ASUS GPU tweaks you will notice a monitor on the left side and the OCing part on the right. I just stepped the boost clock up 10mhz each time then ran a stress test. It's a good idea to look up other stress tests to use in addition to furmark. I cannot tell you a frequency to use because every card is different. eventually you will notice anomalies(or artifacts) that will show that your GPU is unstable and sometimes it'll crash. whenever this happens take the frequency down 20 or 30 MHz's to be on the safe side. you should also play a few intense games with a "stable" clock just to make sure it really is stable. you should stress test for maybe 10-12 hours on that clock speed too. for the small increments you can get away with 30 min at first then step up to an hour when it's around a common overclock speed for your GPU model.

Try to find the g2 version of the psu, it's better. And there is no such thing as a monitor's FPS. It's called the refresh rate, and if it's a 60hz refresh rate for example, the monitor can "refresh" 60 times per second, potentially displaying 60 frames if your system is capable of running games at that frame rate, which it is.

Depends on what you mean by "a little gaming" and what games you'll be playing. You could honestly drop down to a little lower end CPU like an i5. Also you could possibly get a lower end graphics card if you're not playing higher end games like GTA 5 when it is released on PC. About the dvd drive, you can get cheap ones that work just fine off of NewEgg for around $20. However these dvd drives cannot burn files onto disks. If you want that you'll have to spend a touch more money. But yeah I would get one. 🙂

Which software did you used? Is it free?
Also, you have gtx 780, is gtx 760 same things? Also, do you preferred Asus PSU then other brands? like EVGA and MSI
Do you only change the mhz? or you need to change the power and other settings?

Can you find the "g2" version for me? because I have no idea for what are you talking about...
For the monitor, do you think asus ls221h will be enought for me?

I already told you I am gonna play games like Elsword and Maplestory. However, I will watch movies and videos. I want them to be as smooths as possible.
For DVD, my case is NZXT H440. IT DOES NOT HAVE A PLACE FOR DVD DRIVES. lol
So, yeah...

And you're spending this much on a pc???

about 1500 to 1000 dollars...
I said in the title. I want to make the pc CHEAPER. That why I post this...
But... thanks for help? I guess?

For PSU, I only need 500w. So, I think I will just buy a 650w PSU.

So, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K85X2AW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Is there a G2 version of that?

And, what's the differences between G1 and G2?

For the ext. drives, do you think I will really need that? I do not want to waste addition money, so...

Is it only for those games? My $500 laptop can breeze through those since they are so low demanding. You really could getaway with a $500 build if it's just for those type of games.
