Things that I do not want to change -
MB - because I want to have a mb with WiFi
SSD - because I think 250gb is enough for me, and right now, I have a 1.5 TB external drive. Also, I want SSD because I heard it is much faster.
PSU - I search a long time, and I think Corsair RM 750 best suit for me
Keyboard and Mouse - It's cheap, and it's wireless (which is GREAT)
Speaker - It's also cheaper, and I heard it is loud!

For CPU, CPU cooler, GPU, RAM, monitor, and other parts, I want to make them cheaper.

I am going to use the PC for a little bit gaming, and working. I do not want to have crappy parts, because I want it to last about 3 to 5 years.
My budge is around 1500 to 1900.
The cheaper, the better, ofc.
I want to save money for other uses.

Do you think I should make my parts cheaper, or no?

Thanks for everyone!

Please Help!

P.S. do you guys think I can survive without DVD drive? IDK

Solution
You really could get a cheaper graphics card because you don't play any graphically intense games. You would be getting overkill with a gtx 730- 750ti. And I will point out that for videos a graphics card like the gtx 780 would not have any better 2d performance than a cheaper gtx 740. And low quality 3D games would run with over 60 fps on both cards. I think you should get a good CPU though because if you do any multitasking or run any intense programs it will be nice to have a CPU that won't get overloaded and cause you system to stop responding. Stick to a quad core (4 physical cores) and I prefer Intel even though they are more expensive.
What kind of work do you do:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Video Editing (Photoshop, etc.)

Programming

If you are not doing video editing you dont need 16 GB of RAM . You can easily game with 8 GB . Also the I7 you chose is pretty expensive and if you're not gaming or video editing 70% of your time it have nothing to do in your build. I recommand using AMD apu . They give you good overall performance for everyday computing. But you will need tout change the motherboard to an FM2+ one. Every motherboard include a Lan / Wifi chipset so there is nous problem. Again, you said you're not going tout game a lot so it is not useful to buy a GTX 770 : a 560 gives a lot performance for a little price. Or for a more budget build you could use thé onboard GPU of that apu.

I will stay on intel for cpu, and change my RAM to 8gb?
If I change my cpu, which one should I get? i5 4670k? or other? However, I want the PC to last 3 to 5 years, so I want to have better cpu?
Anyone, do I need ext. DVD drive?

I agree with the GPU thing that was already said. a good way to cut costs is to use an AMD card which gives more speed per dollar. also only a few games will use the hyper threading on the CPU you could try and get the i5 it will be cheaper. I have noticed hyper threading support getting more popular but I'm not sure how much it's needed so you should get a second opinion on that. in my PC I bought the i5 for $100 cheaper and it works great the only time it bottlenecks with my GTX 780 is when I play games with single core support. also and I know this was already said, the water cooler is really expensive. I suggest getting a good air cooler it will work on par with closed loop coolers but not have any risk of leaking liquid on your components.

Should I buy addition fans for top if I buy the evo 212?

those high costs are why I only upgrade half my computer at a time. I do CPU, MOBO, and Memory all together then I do GPU by itself. If I'm feeling rich I will get a new case, hdd, or ssd randomly.

So, I should buy gtx 760? I only play games a little bit, and I do not do many video editing. I am not sure about AMD APU because I am unfamilar with AMD and I like my MB xD. SO, yeah... Also, I might use CM eve 212, but should I buy addition fans on the top? If yes which fans?

I would load that case up with fans, I mean you can't have too much ventilation, but I just recycle all my old fans... lol I'm such a cheapskate for the money you might be better off just letting the hot air rise naturally fans won't help that much because the case looks like it has good ventilation

I don't know much about AMD GPU's so I don't know the gtx 760 equivalent but I'm sure it's cheaper. the NVidia cards will generally run with lower temperatures but with your case a hot GPU won't be a big problem.

The gtx 760 is a good card. I used to have the gtx 660ti which is lower than the 760 but it could play most games on ultra or close to it with a decent framerate. The only reason for my upgrade was because I broke the card somehow when I switched cases. I think it was because I got too confident and didn't use my anti static wristband

I also think the performance difference between the i5 and i7 CPU's is fairly small and Dependant on the application so there is another are you could cut costs.

I haven't looked up pricing but I think i5's are 100 dollars cheaper or they were a few years ago.
The GPU will be 100 or more less
air cooling will be 80 less I looked that up.

I think that's pretty good savings

I do not really want to spend extra dollars so yeah

I do not really want to spend extra dollars. Also, do you recommend other cases?

Do you recommend other cases?

Do you recommend Intel cpu i5 4790k with gtx 760?

Do you think r9 270x will be better?
Because it has a deal right now (which is 60 USD cheaper then gtx 760)

Also, should I buy anti static band?
