Hello, so recently I just get random black screens with sometimes a buzzing noise.
It happens more while gaming, this started I think happening after I unistalled and reinstalled gpu drivers and when I updated my motherboard bios. I have tried different drivers for gpu but the problem is still occuring, besides that I have cleaned it from dust.

Oh wow so the new bios worked? That's a surprise and a relief.
The new error you submitted is really the old error. You still have this standard faulty hardware event id: 41 (63) (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-us/308cbcb3-46ce-4f74-85f9-d87ce4cef0d6/kernel-power-event-id-41-task-category-63-spontaneous-improper-shutdowns-and-reboots?forum=w7itproperf) which is pretty non-specific. All non-specific hardware errors usually check things like overclocking, memory synchronization, PSU issues or heat issues.

This is then followed by a rather curious driver error...

Yes, so I have ran the DDU and unistalled the drivers and reinstalled the latest drivers from AMD site. I have installed the LAN, SATA , Realtek audio driver, USB and chipset from the mobo site. And still :/ I got 2 black screens, so I was playing a game, then suddenly it happened, I had to force again my pc to restart and in about 20-30secs without playing it happened again. I have no idea why the second time happened? What could this be?

Hmm there is a device you have connected that is messing you up. The error 219 that happens at the same time you get the kernel error. Try unplugging everything from your computer with exception of your keyboard and your mouse. No printers, headsets, speakers or any external devices at all. See if it still happens.
Also, go into your device manager and check if you have any error triangles next to any of the devices listed.

Try to change your memory clock. I had the exact same symptoms with the RX 460 Nitro 4gb OC. I narrowed down the problem to be with the memory chips. It works fine for some frequencies, and black screens all the time for some others. Are you overclocking the card? For me it was not psu as i had the same symptoms with 2 different psus.

I did unplug the speakers and when I opened the game it happened again.
There are no error triangles to any devices.

I still don´t know what´s causing this, it might be driver related. I´m not overclocking my gpu. Why would changing memory clock fix this, when the gpu is default and should be working as it is? I mean is it because the gpu is damaged or something or is it happening because after years it causes damage to the gpu because of frequently used?

Where can I find hibernate, is it the same as putting my screen never off?

Ah. Go into settings->ststem->power&sleep->related settings (click additional power settings)->selected plan is probably balanced, select Change Plan Settings->Change advanced power settings->Sleep->Hibernate After (set to never).
Fast boot will depend on looks of your bios, but if you boot into it, should be under, Advanced mode->Boot->Fast Boot->select and set to Disabled.

Like this? http://imgur.com/a/DLVET

I´m using Windows 10 Pro Version 1703.
Also disabled the fast boot.

[ do you mean enabling fast boot again?]

And you don't have hibernate option? I thought win 10 came with that. I'll have to check if that means anything. Edit: Yeah don't worry about lack of hibernate option.
Ok no bugcheck code is 0 on your 41(63) error. I...have no idea. Microsoft's troubleshooting list for this is also blah:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2028504/windows-kernel-event-id-41-error-the-system-has-rebooted-without-clean
I honestly don't know what to tell you anymore other than to try a different operating system and see if you're still having issues.
You ran all possible windows updates right? And you're up to date?
Otherwise, hardware wise it could be the PSU or some issue with power in general. I'm really out of ideas.

Yes, all possible windows updates are installed. Alright, well thanks for all the help then, Should I start another thread to see if someone else knows more about this?

[Update] I have submitted a ticket to sapphire to see if they can do something for me.

Yeah might as well contact manufacturers, see if they have any ideas.
If you have another windows version or a linux, you could partition an existing drive or clean out a separate drive and try doing dual boot (choosing which system you boot into on startup), to see if there's any difference. When you get an opportunity to go by a repair shop, having someone test a new psu, just to see if it makes the crashes stop is also an option.
I don't know if you need to start a new thread. I think they frown on multiple threads on one issue, but leave this one unsolved, and I think others will chime in eventually.

Sorry for the long wait. So, I contacted sapphire and they send me a VBIOS for my GPU that I had to update and I did that. The black screens are now happening way and way less, but it still happens sometimes, right now I have new event viewer issues, could you maybe look at it? https://ufile.io/e3w0p

It happens around the same time, but just after the critical error, so I'm not sure how significant it is or not, but as it's motherboard related driver, I would look into it, since I'm still inclined to think it's a lack of some sort of mobo optimization/driver/bios. Not anything you've failed to do, but something asus has yet to give you to install.

You also have frequent event id: 18 whea-logger warnings, yet another hardware associated error that's pretty non-specific:
