Hey! I'm having major problems with my computer at the moment. All of a
sudden i go to turn it on, and after a while of starting up, it will simply
re-start. It then gives me the option of starting up again in safe mode etc.
but none of these options seem to make any difference. The computer will
begin to start up, and just as it is about to load the welcome screen, it
shuts down and restarts! Could this be to do with a virus? i've tried
cleaning the whole computer from the inside, out, to see if the problem could
have been due to overheating caused by dust in the fans etc. but it has made
no difference. If nothing can be done about this, then is there a way for me
to copy the contents of my C-Drive to another computer or onto disks, without
removing the actual hard drive and putting it in a different computer. etc.
for example, is there a way to access the hard drive of another computer
through a wire, without the remote hard drive actually running??? Any help
with this would be greatly appreciated since my last option is to perform a
factory reset, and wipe the whole computer. I hope it doesn't come to this.
Thanks for reading. Please leave feedback!!!
