HELP! Is my PSU dead?

I ordered an OCZ Fatality 550w from newegg the other day. Came in today. Opened up the box. Plugged the PSU to the wall. No response. Tried flicking the switch. Changing outlets. Fan doesn't even spin. Was my PSU DOA? Will I have to RMA? How do I do that?
