help laptop is kinda broken

I had got my laptop "refurbished" and the person who refurbished it did a horrible job. it needed a new hard drive and he didn't secure it in, and it fell out of socket but any way, all of my usb ports are wiggly but one doesn't work what can I do would I have to buy a hub?

Take it back and get the repairer to do the job properly. Else take it to another repairer to fix it.
