I want to be able to overclock these gfx cards also. I do not have exactly $1500 but I don't want to go much over that. So that I may have a little money for a keyboard and mouse.

I'm not sure if I need, certain fans for this set-up because it has 2 powerful gfx cards. My house does not get hot.

Is this a good set-up. Just tell me maybe if I have other options, that might be better. I was thinking about running the nvidia and maybe something else, let me know. I actually have 3 way sli with that mobo.

I do not want a cd drive, and I have an old hd im gonna use.

Some other things
Whats the difference between a fan and a pc cooler. Are the ones that come the CPU good enough? Should I get one for my case?

Look at that mobo I selected is this good? Is there a cheaper option, I really like the 3 way sli no lie.

It might help if you actually showed us the mobo your getting xD

Well, does it make sense to get the evga? Are the other ones just as good?

Like can you tell me a game and tell me the FPS difference between an gtx 760, and gtx 770. IF you know specifically for WoW, LoL, CSS, d3, I would know those.

Hope you have a nice screen setup - even one 770 is utterly overkill at 1080p.

CoolMax PSUs aren't great.

Your MB is entirely overkill.

all of the games you listed are easily playable at the highest settings with 60 fps+ on a single gtx 760 let alone a 770
now for bf3 you can get an average of 60 fps i believe with a single 760
and i would prefer a nonreference design card

my MB is not that OK if u assume that I want to 3 way sli. If you could elaborate more on how overkill 2 770s are? Like you think I can get 300 FPS in League of Legends?

cause for $1500 that would be ridiculous

Oh well 60 fps is nothing, I definetly want more than that. In most games if you get 60FPS you can still be pretty laggy. Im looking for more like 100+ 150+ honestly. Thats why I plan on 3 way SLI(well I sorta also want to stick my old 7300 LE in there too, just because it as a place in my heart.

Well, just to put it into perspective. I have the GTX 670 and get something like 250fps in League of Legends. The 770 is better than that. Two, well, I don't even know how many fps you'll get.

Damn, you think i can break $500??? Wow, this is gonna be a nice PC. Like are you guys excited? For $1500, I'm about to go where no gamer has gone before.

Will this pretty much be the pc of legends? If you guys can save me like 200$ somehow, like I don't know if certain other gfx cards are better, or maybe I might be able to come up with some money and 3 way sli this. What do you guys think, if I could put a 3rd card into this what should I put into it.

It has to be less then 150$.

1 more time, THIS SHOULD ALL BE OKAY WITH STOCK FANS RIGHT. I Just want to make this statement clear because i srsly dont want these very beautiful parts to break.

I am sorry to say that but your build literally sucks. You do not need that motherboard, also that PSU is not good and not at all reliable for a build that costs so much. You should have a look at this build. It is a much more balanced build for the same price.

Also you do not need a 770SLI. It is better to go for the Single Card and only SLI it with another for like 2-3 years. There is no point of doing SLI at the first place. It is really of no use. Also there are some problems with SLI when compared to Single GPU solutions. So this build is the one you should get. It is a well balanced system which should fullfill even the most daunting of your gaming needs.

If you think that the answer helped, then don't forget to select it as the best answer. It would be highly appreciated by me.

I would just advise you not to listen to people like the guy above you coming in here and saying your build sucks. If it does what you need to do for what you want to spend and you like it then thats all that you need/want and if they want to advise you on what to do with your build they shouldn't be coming in here and basically saying that your stuff is ****

You must get payed by newegg. 1. There is no way I am going to by that ram, 2 there is no way I'm going to spend more then 1$ on HD, because they are so easy to get.

3. is 1 nvidia gfx 780 beter then 2 gfx 770s. understand that 1 is less then 2 and therefore takes up space. But seeing as I might get way sli or even 4 way im not terribly worried.

yes, they do not understand my needs. I would not spend money on fancy ram, because the cheap stuff is quite reliable. May gfx cards may be called overkill, but I have $1500 to spend and there's no way I would spend it on anything else then a gaming pc, that is - absolutely overkill. I just need to make sure that I'm moving in the right direction,

If you are gaming on just one monitor at 1080p you would not need more than one GTX 770 period. Unless your monitor resolution is above 1080p or are using multimonitors in a Surround setup it is just not going to utilize SLI in any way really. And even at that unluess your monitor is 120Hz 60fps would be the best you would get at Vsync unless you like massive screen tearing that is.

You might want to do aliitle searching on 3-Way SLI because really going above 2-Way SLI scaling goes down so they are not quite as efficient when going to 3-way. But hey it is your money if you want to blow it on 3 GTX 770 go for it. But you will not see any real performance benefit from it that is for sure.

I'll double check your stuff and tell you, I know what your talking about

Your good to go, except your case has room for 2 more 120mm fans which I would do in addition to upgrading your stock CPU Heatsink fan because we don't want your computer to overheat and with that it won't even come close xD

haha, dude dont be mad because Im getting a GodLike pc for 1500, while your stuck with a 150$ worth of HD space.

Also, nah I looked it up I think the increas gained from 2way even 3 way sli is very very beneficial.

But yo like, what about my mobo, what mobo should I get. I really dont know anything about them. I sorta do want 3 way SLI, I'll have 3 gfx cards when i get it.

I have some old stock fans, I can put in there. But I'm going to ge ta new heat sink. What is the fan that goes on top of ur CPU called? I should at least upgrade that right?

Believe me, i only have the intention of helping you, i recommended you this build because when gaming on a single monitor, you would never need more than even a 770, but still having a 780 is good for future proofing. Because you can later SLI it with another 780.

All i am trying to do is to help.

Get any RAM you like and get any HDD you like, it really does not matter. But do not go for 2 x 770. I know they are more powerful than the 780 but i do not recommend going for SLI at the first place. The 780 would max out any game at 1080p at like 80+ frames per second and even more on less demanding games, so there is no reason going for the 2 770's as you won't ever see the difference.

Also with a single 780 you can upgrade it later to two 780's which would max out any games for the next 5 years while the 2 770's might last like 3 years playing everything on ultra.

And please go for my build. If you do not like the RAM and HDD, change it to your liking. You can always change stuff, it is your build after all.

But don't ever use phrases like "You must get payed by newegg." because we are trying to help, and phrases like these hurts us because i am only trying to help.

So please stop treating us like you owe something to us. .l.
