help me choose a better RAM !

I'm putting up a gaming pc , and I'm trying to choose the best RAM between these :

1) HyperX FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 info

2) HyperX FURY 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 info

so , should I go with the first couple with the 15 CAS and 2400 (cheaper than a pair of the second)
or go with the second with 14 CAS and 2133 ( which a pair of them costs more )

if the difference is significant , I wont mind the price .

note : I have a 7th gen i5 cpu and mainboard Asus STRIX H270F GAMING Intel H270 DDR4 ATX

Go with the 2400 , perfect fit for your board and 7th gen CPU.
