Hello all,

I recently bought these "Bose QuietComfort Ultra" earbuds: https://www.bose.com/p/earbuds/bose-quietcomfort-ultra-earbuds/QCUE-HEADPHONEIN.html

I am trying to connect these Earbuds to my Desktop PC Windows 11 but they dont seem to have any sound when it says they are "connected". My motherboard is Z390-Godlike and it has an old bluetooth version built-in and I already updated the bluetooth to the latest version and it still doesnt work.

I even bought an external USB bluetooth adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C745YJR1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details but it doesnt work. Nor does this Avantree bluetooth adapter allow me to choose specifically which device connects to it.

Can someone please find me a compatible USB bluetooth version5.3 adapter that I can connect my "Bose QuietComfort Ultra" earbuds to my PC and also the bluetooth adapter you chose has to give me the option of selecting which device connects to it. Thanks!

Does the Avantree adapter show up as a Bluetooth adapter in Windows when you plug it in?

You should be able to choose to pair a new device using the Bluetooth Pairing that is part of Windows. Remember to also disable the onboard Bluetooth or you will likely experience conflicts between the two of them.
