My pc build is RTX 2070 and i7 9700k and my fps is horrible, for example in Valorant I get like 100-160 fps in game and my video settings is all low. Here is my user bencmark results. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/44798415

Very slow ram. 3600 with cl16 at least would be better.

And : CPU seems to underperform.

What's the temperature of it while gaming and in idle?

What's your CPU-Cooler and PSU?

You really should get more than 200 fps( with a 9700k - perhaps overclocked?):

Look into taskmanager, if something is using you CPU.

If you need help with overclocking, I cannot help you, because I do not have an Intel CPU. But you can google for such informations or there are a lot of people in the forum, who might help you.
