So i wanted to fix my gpu from throttling and tried to install latest bios for my gpu. So i went to the website and installed the wrong one (btw i have asus phoenix 1050ti) cuz it was saying asus 1050ti 4g...ix so i thought it was the phoenix one but it was the strix one. And now i am stuck with error message when i try to reboot my pc "please plug in your pcie cables to your graphics card" which this card doesn't need and doesn't have pcie plugs. Please help me!

You can try booting on your integrated graphics (if you have integrated graphics) and see if you can bypass that with the card plugged in.
If you can then you might POSSIBLY be able to reflash the card.
IF you cannot, you will have to RMA the card for repair.

Did you happen to make a backup of the BIOS on the GPU?

Create a FreeDos bootable (FAT32) USB with Rufus.
If you made a backup of the BIOS copy it to the bootable USB drive. If you did not then get the right BIOS and copy it to the flash drive.
Download NVFlash DOS, unzip it and copy the files to the USB.

Open Notepad, type nvflash -4 -5 -6 bios-filename (replace bios-filename with the name of the bios file)
Save this file to the USB and name it autoexex.bat (you might be asked to replace the existing file.)

Reboot your PC and boot from the USB drive.
Type Y to agree to update the BIOS.
