[SOLVED] Help me identify what model is this noctua cooler.

Hi !So my friend gave my this noctua cooler but he doesn't know any details. Can you help me find out what model it is and if is compatible with an AM4 socket because it might be an older model.

That is an NH-D15. There should be hardware for AM4 mounting included but if not you can get the AM4 mounting kit.
