i have INTEL G41Q motherboard with E7500 processor.....
can i go for O.C in this configuration or i need to change my motherboard.
I have radeon 4350 and 2GB ram.
Help me out with a cost effective solution.

You may be able to OC. OCing is dependent on the BIOS settings available, and many of INTEL's don't support OCing. Check you manual's available BIOS settings.

If you don't have the manual you may be able to get it here, under desktop boardsl.

i have seen all of it about Motherboard but i haven't found anything.
Can i change a my motherboard??
which 1 will be cost effective and soot my configuration??

I searched newegg for available motherboards for 775 CPUs; the results are here.

-- Didn't find any that had consistent positive feedback for OCing.

-- Additionally, there are some for DDR2 RAM and some for DDR3 RAM. You didn't say which you have.

There may be other vendors that have some of the older motherboards with good OCing features, but you are more likely going to have to find one on e-bay. If you go that route, all the DFI 775 motherboards have excellent OCing features, but DFI is no longer in the consumer market. You may also want to search Tom's (this site) for OCing 775 CPUs, you may get lucky and find a couple of boards that OCed really well that are also available from other vendors. If you try that, be you have the EXACT make and MODEL NUMBER; any different model number could be a big disappointment.
