[SOLVED] Help me out

I have a TOSHIBA disk drive
The white light does not light but i can hear the vibrations when i plug it on. I dont know whats the problem. How can i fix it?

We are guessing this is an external drive? Try on another system, try with a different USB cable. Contact Toshiba support if it's in warranty. If it's out of warranty and the drive is a standard SATA drive without any special connections or encryption you can remove it and try it in another USB enclosure.
