Im going to build a computer after blackfriday and i have been looking at two setup for ram, motherboard and processer. Can you help me pick? i dont know anything about AMD. i can choose between intel (the bit more expensive) or AMD.

Im sorry that the links is a danish website, but i didnt want to use to much time getting the links for every thing,

AMD:

the intel pack:

Im going to buy a gtx 970 msi gaming edition 4gb and for the power Cooler Master B700.

Go with the intel pack. The i5 is a much better longterm investment than the AMD 6300 at this point.

I don't recommend the Cooler Master B700, not a very good PSU. Try and find a Tier 1 or 2 PSU in the 550w-650w range from this list, if they are all too pricey in your area you could drop down to tier 3. Any of those would be better than the CM B700:

Solution
I'm assuming that you are using this for gaming. If so, the Intel system is better and has more of a future. To get the best out of the AMD, you will need to overclock, and that will require an aftermarket CPU cooler at least.

This PSU is vastly better, but costs more https://www.komplett.dk/product/852772/hardware/strmforsyninger/strmforsyninger/evga-power-supply-550w-gold# I would not want to use the PSU you selected, but your choices are very limited.

So i have been looking at this one: https://www.komplett.dk/product/847391/hardware/strmforsyninger/strmforsyninger/corsair-vs-650-650w-psu# it looks the same but dont i need more power than this? the 970 gtx needs 500 watts and the motherboard, ram and processer needs 150 should i aim for higher when i overclock or is it okay?

The VS isn't a particularly good model, though if you can't afford to get the EVGA G2 unit DonkeyOatie listed in his post it looks to be one of the best choices in that price range on the website.

It is technically enough for what you need, so if that's the most that you can afford then it is your best bet.

Lets handle one thing at a time.

I recommended the EVGA G2 550. There is no cheaper PSU that I'd recommend. I understand if you are forced to get a Tier 3, but that's unfortunate.

I run an i5 4460 and a GTX970 on a good 450W PSU. You will not need more than 550W on any PSU.

Overclock what? Your CPU is locked and Intel does not support overclocking on that motherboard either. You GPU can be overclocked, but the additional power draw will still be handled by a 550W PSU.
