AM2 processors are in short supply at Newegg and tigerdirect although maybe I missed something.
However at amazon I found this:

This says 89 watts exactly, but I THINK it would work.
You may be better off saving a bit more and upgrading to AM3 There is a combo at newegg for around $90 that has an athlon ii x2 and a mobo. You'd probably have to get ram though...
