HELP ME PLEASE !!!! MSI p67a-c45

I have MSI p67a-C45, sometimes when I turn the computer off before there MILITARY CLASS. not have to give open and restart. What could be the culprit?? RAM, or what??

You really expect people to give you an answer with the little info you give us? The only way to tell is to try invidiual RAM sticks and such.
