You got dual 780s to play on a 1080p panel....what the heck were you thinking? One 770 will max out a 1080p monitor...

Also, SSDs will never need cooling--they don't heat up nearly to the degree that hard disks do.

Criticisms aside, I have no idea what your problem could be without more information than what components you're using. Is this a new install? An updated build? Did you transfer windows over from another computer? Did you install your cards right (did you try installing one and its drivers before installing the other--if so, big no no)? Did you disable integrated graphics in the BIOS?
