So my pc ran into a problem and I tried restarting it. I did and then it tried to automatic repair itself and it fails. Once it fails it asks to either restart my pc or options. It's basically in an endless loop. I'm trying to reset my pc but I think the hive is corrupted because it's been stuck at 1 percent for awhile. Sorry typing this on my phone. Please help me fix my pc.
