Help me please

I have 2 seperate 8gb modules of ddr4 ram at 2400mhz and when i go to cpu z its says dual channel but nb frequency says 1197.1mhz

It's ok. 1200x2=2400.

thats normal 1200x2(dual channel) is 2400

But it just says 1197.1 and above that dual so is that how its supposed to be

Its fine 1197.1 is basically 1200, it says dual channel so 1200x2=2400

It's not related to dual channel, but to double data rate memory and the real clock, which is half the labeled speed.
CPU-Z does indicate the real clock.
