Computer is less than three months old.
When I play games that don't require much ( like a GTX 460 and 2.3 ghz )
For what ever reason, my game freezes every now and then.
Like it's freezing to load

I spent about $1,000 dollars on my computer..
and to be honest...
I wasn't expecting to have any issues so soon, especially games that don't require much.
I'm so new when it comes to computers that I have no idea what's causing my game to freeze.
If anyone could help me, please.

I have a;

CPU: Intel i5-4670k
MB: MSI Z87 - G43 Gaming
MEM: G.Skill Ripjaws X series 8 GB
Stor: 1TB Blue Cavier WD 7200 RPM
GC: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB
PS: Corsair CX600 Watt
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Thanks

That is pretty low compared to what it should be. It should be closer to the 6000s for a 770. Check to make sure that your PC is not on a power saving mode of some sort.

Run a PassMark test on it and tell me the score.

I got an error saying it didn't run correctly and saved the log in the PassMark folder as a DMP
Which I don't have the resources to open.

Try updating your drivers and tell me how that works out.

NVM I ran the program again and I got a score of 2941.0

What is your 3D Graphics score?

I disabled everything in power and then I got a lower score on 3D.
4666.4

Do you have any other machine you can test the card in?

So it's a video card issue?
I don't have another computer until tonight when my friend brings over his computer.

Wait until then. Another possibility is a PSU that isn't giving enough power.

Turns out it was the power saver like you said.
For what ever reason, my maximum power settings wasn't saving and kept resetting to default (power saver)
But I fixed it.

Now my benchmarks are 6500's :}

Thanks Buddy. Appreciate it.

No problem. Have fun!
