help me with new reg

Dear All,
I'm trying to build a desktop pc for general entertainment purpose like surfing web, torrents, and some little gaming like san andreas/ cod/ left4dead2. Its my very first attempt in assembling PC kindly help me.
here's what i have shortlisted, kindly suggest improvements
Processor : AMD A4 5300 or 6300

Motherboard : MSI FM2-A55M-E33 or Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-DS2

RAM : Kingston HyperX Blu (KHX1600C9AD3B1) 2 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Hard Disk : Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1 TB

Graphic card : Do i really need it as processor having integrated graphic card? If yes then
ASUS AMD Radeon HD 5450 AMD/ATI HD 5450 1 GB DDR3

Power Supply : Zebronics ZEB-450 Gold 450 W

Cabinet : Zebronics Annex without SMPS Full Tower Cabinet

Cabinet Cooler : Cooler Master BC 80 LED FAN Cooler

CPU Cooler : Deepcool GAMMA ARCHER Fan with Heatsink 50 CFM

If there's any other component requires kindly suggest me.
I'm on very tight budget so prefer it to be as cheap as possible with good configrations.
Budget is 200 - 250 US Dollar or 15000 INR I'm in India.

Zebronics power supplies are very poor quality , look for XFX , Seasonic .
