Help Me With Tablet PLEASE!

Guys so recently i bought a used tablet which was a bargain for the price, it was clean and nice (used) but no scratches screen is clean everything in nice, so i tried the device in the shop and it was perfect, the charge was like 5% tho, i bought it and went back home, after charging i figured out that there is a password set is there anyway to remove it?!!! Even if i had to erase everything!;
Btw it's an Acer Iconia W510 64gb edition.
