HELP ME!!!

I just posted a thread about my motherboard not turning on, I didn't recieve any good information that seemed to help.
My motherboard is turning on but my PC will not. All this happend when I switch my graphics card with a different pc.
My motherboard is a Asus M4A87TD.

i just recently did an upgrade to my pc.

those are what i used as well as my old ide hdd case and a psu i had bought recently

how is it relevant? well my pc on restart would not give the audio beep and boot bios. i tried everything. i finally tried it without the mouse and keyboard hooked up and guess what? it finally booted. just lke you i tried my old psu it did not work i also tried the on board gpu. not sure if that may help or not but worth a try when all else as failed.
