I have a Radius L-1 19" monitor and recently the image shifts about 3 inches to the left after I quit playing Everquest or if I change the refresh rate. I have had this monitor for about 18 months after I sent my first Radius L-1 monitor back to the manufacturer after about 6 months of usage. The 1st monitor's image became extremely corrupted.
Could my Voodoo5 5500AGP be causing the problem or is this just a prelude that my monitor is fixing to die? If my monitor is on its last legs, should I try and get my monitor fixed or bite the bullet and buy a new monitor? What 19" monitor should I buy which will be mainly utilized for pc games?
The only way I have been able to correct the situation is by either turning the monitor off and on around 10 times or turning my computer off for a while. Might the monitor be getting too hot to function correctly?
Thanks for any and all information.
My PC information.

Asus CUSL2C 815EP : Motherboard
Voodoo5 5500AGP : Video Card
