I have a Radius L-1 19" monitor and recently the image shifts about 3 inches to the left after I quit playing Everquest or if I change the refresh rate. I have had this monitor for about 18 months after I sent my first Radius L-1 monitor back to the manufacturer after about 6 months of usage. The 1st monitor's image became extremely corrupted.

Could my Voodoo5 5500AGP be causing the problem or is this just a prelude that my monitor is fixing to die? If my monitor is on its last legs, should I try and get my monitor fixed or bite the bullet and buy a new monitor? What 19" monitor should I buy which will be mainly utilized for pc games?

The only way I have been able to correct the situation is by either turning the monitor off and on around 10 times or turning my computer off for a while. Might the monitor be getting too hot to function correctly?

Thanks for any and all information.

My PC information.

Have you tried the "Position" option in the monitor control panel??

Your mouse moved. WINDOWS NT must restart for changes to take affect. Restart Now?[OK]

Yes, I tried that and the image would only shift about 2 inches to the right which still left some blackness on the right side. I decided to max shift to the right and shrink the image and found out that about the leftmost 1 inch of the image was missing. I am begining to suspect that the monitor is fixing to die on me. :/
