Help My Mobo Has Been Discontinued

I'm in the middle of building my new computer. I ordered all my parts last weekend. and I just got a call saying my mobo is out of stock and is possibly discontinued "GygaByte Ga-7nnxp". The help I need is what mobo to go to that has the capability of two sata, Gigabit network, sound 5.1 or higher, can overclock a 3200+ xp CPU, And so on....

Also Raid ata 133 and raid sata. any help Is help in the right direction. Thanx

My CPU is so hot I use it to brew my morning JAVA.
