I am new to building PC's, as this will be my first one I have ever done, and as of now, its just above $1000, but I can't really afford that. I won't be overclocking and I will mostly be gaming with this rig. My budget can vary, but I wanna see how low I can get this build without losing the GPU.

BUILD:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card
MOBO: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory
PSU: Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

EDIT:
Also, I will plan on getting a seconond GPU for sli in the future.

CPU- i5 4690 /i5 4460(200$)
PSU- antec 550/600W ~50$ PS- the corsair CX has a bit low quality capacitors
Mobo: any z 97/h97 board (if you dont wnat sli) around 110$

the CPU alome would bring down the cost of the rig down

hope this helps!!
