Question Help my pc started to have a lot of fps drops after 1 month of using it idk why it happens

My pc started getting a lot of fps drops in games that it should run SMOOTHLY Roblox : works fine after moving my mouse 10 fps overwatch same thing tf2 same thing
I have an i3 9100f 4ghz processor , GTX 1650 rog strix 4gb , 8 ram 2666 mhz (that only runs at 2400 mhz) SSD 240 gb an a HDD 1 terrabyte
I scanned it with malwarebytes nothing
I reset my pc nothing
idk what to do help

Are you doing something different ? Did you recently start running Discord while gaming or start recording streams of your gaming ?

I did not do something different my pc ran perfectly even with discord steam chrome and a game when suddenly I keep getting sudden fps drops sometimes 300 sometimes 40
