Question help need advice on these 120mm fan would these fans be quiet in a Q77 Motherbaord?

Hello i plan to purchasing 3 X of these
Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM high-Performance Quiet 120mm Fan or
ARCTIC F12-120 mm Standard Case Fan Black 120 mm - P-Series

I want my system fans to be quiet i hate having noisy fans
i am using an Dell 9010 motherboard it is a Q77 Motherboard and only has 1 cpu fan header, 1 fan header just want to know would they be quiet on an old motherboard by using either of these fan models i really like the arctic one because its black. I am only planing to use 3 fans only not including the CPU fans.

0.3 Sone (Arctic F12) = 22.5 dba, but it also runs at a slower rpm than the Noctua (1350 vs 1700). Airflow is also 1/2 the Noctua.

The Noctua is also twice the price...

Basically, this isn't an apples to apples comparison here.
