Help needed for upgrade of PC

Hi all i am currently using a PC with the below specs

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @2.33 ghz
Motherborad - Intel DG31PR
RAM 2 GB
GPU - 9400gt(its pretty much dead)
PSU - 250 watts

I currently have Rs. 18000 with me ($ 300 approx)

Help me out as to what all upgrades i should get done wihin this budget to get a medium level gaming
I use a 1366x768 monitor

well... to be honest you should better buy a PS4 with that amount of money, because you cant build a medium budget gaming PC, for that you need at least 500-600$

im not that heavy a gamer so medium settings in 1366x768 will do

I have and HCL cabinet so i guess i can continue with that only
I have 500 gb hard disk but i am not sure about the other details
