Help needed! Hard disk not detecting in Windows 8

Hi,
I have a WD Cavier Green 1 TB hard disk. Recently bought a 2 TB Cavier Green as a second hard disk.
The second hard disk is not showing up in Windows 8.
Did a lot of research, did several things! Still no luck!

It's showing up in BIOS with the model name of the device WDEZRX. Also showing up in Intel RAID storage software only as "Unknown device detected" but not in Device Manger or My Computer.
My motherboard is Intel Series 6 DH67CL.
Please help me!!!!

Does model name correct according to the label , or bios shows "technical" model name?
