Help Needed Please

I have an Xbox with the standard HDD. I have a WD 7200rrpm 120gb HDD and
would like to know what procedure to follow to remove the old one and
install the new one. Any help will be much appreciated.

I can't see any way of doing that without modding your xbox. You can
either "chip" it, or "soft-mod" it. In the latter case, you'll need
access to an xbox that's already been chipped.
