Question HELP needed spilt liquid on pc

Hi all , last night I spilt some liquid on my desktop, (maybe 200ml) I straight away unplugged it opened it up cleaned/dried it and left it upside down for a few hours later when I tried to turn it on it will turn on but will not connect to my monitor (tried 2 different cables) I then went to power it down and the power button would not make it turn off so had to unplug it from the wall , does anyone have any idea what’s broken with in it or what might need to be replaced as I can’t afford to buy a brand new full computer , THANKS

Spilled where? What components got wet? How many hours to dry?

DON'T TURN IT ON AGAIN. It is probably still soaked in certain areas and you'll damage more of it.
