Question HELP NEEDED

I am an architecture student and the software's i use for my projects are sketchup (2021), revit (2023), autocad (2022), lumion 11, vray, photoshop and illustrator. My work is based on 2d and 3d modeling ,rendering and animation. I am facing problem in these software's and they are lagging and showing 0 to 15 fps in these software's. Sometimes these software's do not respond while working and multi tasking. Games seem to work fine and benchmarks are also good. i played cyberpunk with this setup with ultra graphics and ultra ray tracing and it work fine but after playing for 3 to 4 hrs it started lagging. please help me with the problem.

tuf gaming x570 wifi plus
corsair vengeance 3600mhz 32gb ram
600 watt power supply
asus nvidia 3060 ti LHR

Might be, but most of the above named software will work fine with this GPU, and besides, it doesn't explain the lagging after 3 to 4 hours of gaming...

What are your temperatures? And how is your memory usage when using software or playing games?

the GPU temperature are normal 46 degrees at idle and 65 TO 70's at usage performance and CPU 45 degrees and 65 on usage

Potentially uninstall the GPU driver and re-install it after a reboot. Also, do it while offline as Windows will try to install whatever it finds on its update server.
