[SOLVED] Help! No video output in UEFI BIOS

So, I am trying to enable all the security feature requirements of Windows 11 in preperation of it's launch. I have encountered an odd problem and I can't figure out how to fix it. When I go to enable Secure Boot, the UEFI tells me to disable CSM. After disabling CSM, I don't receive any video output before the Windows lock screen. A single does reach my display, just no output. I can't understand why this is happening.

I have:
ASROCK X570 Steel Legend WiFi ax
GTX 1050Ti
Ryzen 7 3700X
UEFI Windows

I appreciate any help offered! I suspect it may have something to do with GOP but I couldn't understand the forums about GOP-

Do you have the latest BIOS?

are you using Display port or HDMI, sometimes it helps to use other to see BIOS at start up

The GOP driver (also known as EFI video driver in some Intel EMGD documentation) is a replacement for legacy video BIOS and enables the use of UEFI pre-boot firmware without compatibility support module (CSM).

what forums?

from what I can tell, GOP needs a UEFI compatible GPU and yours is. So that shouldn't be the reason
