Help on reading PSU specs..2 rails or 1?

I have a FSP300-60THA PSU, and need to determine what kind of video card I can run on it, but I'm not sure how to read the following info:

+3.3V@6/20A, +5V@20/10.8A, +12V1@8A, +12V2@14A, -12V@0.8A

Does that mean I have TWO 12volts? one at 8amps and one at 14?

The reason I ask is because I am wary of dropping a discrete card (Radeon 6570) into a single rail PSU. Thanks!

A single rail would be preferable to a dual rail with low ratings
Shouldn't have anything to worry about with a low end card though
