Help! overclocked monitor too far

Hi everyone I screwed up. I overclocked my monitor too far I think to 70 hz and when I rebooted my system it did not go into windows, rather the out of range sign. My monitor is the asus ve247h. I also think I accidentaly deleted teh default 60 hz profile.

I'd appreciate any help on how to fix. Thank you!

Start windows in safe mode, fix profile.
