So I have installed new ram to my P5QC and it's not booting. I have installed following Corsair valueselect 4x2 1333mhz DDR3

The valueselect series was always a bit more picky then their regular series in terms of compatibility. If you got this new, there's also a chance that they're just fakes and won't work.
I would take a look at the memory qvl list as well:
