Question HELP! PC Randomly turns off

Hi all,

Pc is rebooting itself after playing a game for a while and then when it reboots just keeps turning itself off on the login screen I’ve tried everything and know it’s not my PSU or motherboard and it’s being cooled perfectly fine

I've literally tried everything

Unplugging all USB's from the usb headers
tried unplugging all sata devices
unplugged fan controller
unplugged usb c port from case
unplugged usb 3.0 port from case

I know its not my mobo cause my last one is doing it too and that was replaced thinking it was the end of it
and same with psu

Nothing seems to want to fix it and its driving me insane
the last thing I want to do is buy new hardware but i just want a computer that works at this point
any suggestions I'm willing to accept and try

And I'm not sure how to check PSU Time in use

What cooler is on the 5950x? Had a 5900x for a while and they can pull some juice and heat up.
